Calling to a cellphone will be more expensive than calling a land line. But calling card is quite cheap.

honestly..i would rather not even use phone cards..i used to use them and ended up spending alot of money on them..then i was introduced to this videophone. basically you can see who your talking to instead of just hearing their voice..send it to anywere in the world. all you need in internet & power..wich obviously you have lol..you can replace your house phone with it..if you dont have one..then this can be your house phone..its portable.. its preettyy awesome!!! its only 29.99$ a month..unlimited talk to whereever in the world..us,puerto rico, guam…ummm..what else..say if someone is living in the philippines and your in the us..you can get both phones on local numbers so when you call its local to local..catch what im saying..lol well if you questions..holler..
