4.64 dollars============ x
so it is 464 cents
1 minute is for ============= 16 cents

I am an MBA marketing intern working for Pingo providing consumers and business customers prepaid calling service. Pingo is a service of iBasis, one of the ten largest carriers of international phone calls in the world.
I have some questions and any answer would be very much appreciated:
-Have you ever heard of Pingo or iBasis?
-Have you ever used prepaid calling card or visited Pingo website?
-How do you make your international calls?
-If you use international calling cards, which card(s) do you use? Why? How did you hear of it?

Answer by esrock21 see if there is a phone number and call the calling card company and ask them if it is being blocked. there could be something wrong with the card.
