Which is the good quality Internet calling card from Saudi Arabia to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh?

I would like to be able to use the internet in Spain, wireless and everywhere, through a netbook or a blackberry. Do you need a special modem to do so? Can you do this through some sort of calling card? About what would it usually cost per hour to surf the web? How fast would it be, compared to cable wireless in the US? If yahoo answers allows, can you suggest any particular calling card or whatever?

I am trying to call a cellphone, but when I add the city code to the number,it says invalid number.I have followed instructions and read up on the net how to call,but nothing works.I really need to know how to contact him being as I am losing my internet really soon.
