I want to buy a calling card for my friend in India so that she can call me here. I found Solaris – it appears to be the cheapest and it has 1-minute rounding, so it looks good. But I am not sure if there is anything else better that you might recommend. Also, she can use ANY phone to call me, is that correct? All she needs is the PIN and the local access number, correct?

I need to make a private call on my land line that wont show up on the phone bill, as my room mate is the one that pays it and frankly, I don’t want to have to face unwanted questions. It’s a complicated situation. If a but a prepaid phone card and use it, will it show up on the bill? Also, will my number still be blocked?
