I have an AT&T international calling card but it will allow me only to call land lines. Is there a card that will allow me to call from my cell phone to a cell phone number in the United Kingdom. I am in the United States.

I want to buy a calling card for my friend in India so that she can call me here. I found Solaris – it appears to be the cheapest and it has 1-minute rounding, so it looks good. But I am not sure if there is anything else better that you might recommend. Also, she can use ANY phone to call me, is that correct? All she needs is the PIN and the local access number, correct?
