What is the best (and cheapest) calling card to call Egypt cell from US continental?

I’ve been calling my husband to an Egypt cell with prepaid phone cards, but every time, they give me less minutes than advertised. I try to call him dailly but is quite expensive, so I will need one that is cheap but good quality in the conection
